FitwithFriends!
FitwithFriends! is a social pedometer app where you can add your friends and compete with your daily steps. Steps are tracked by your preinstalled phone pedometer and uploaded online for your friends to see! You and your friends can compete every day to see who gets the most steps. This is fun while also improving your own physical fitness. This is an ongoing passion project and I am planning many updates in the future, including weekly competitions and Fitness groups! Sleek and modern UI designed with UIKit, user signup and user data managed by Google Firebase, and step data queried with HealthKit.
Twist-IT!
TWIST-it! is a fun game where users have to follow instructions on their phone to score points or else fail! Instructions include turning, twisting, and tilting the phone in different directions. These instructions are detected using the phone's preinstalled gyroscope. Designed using SceneKit and xCode. Gyroscope detection was detected using the CoreMotion framework.
